<Taken> Outland Alliance side is recruiting for our core 10 man raiding team.
You should be Experienced with heroic raiding, the same progress as us isn't required but you shouldn't be far off it. We also need people with gear however we do not have a strict set amount. We are not interested in gearing up projects, no matter if you were in Method.
You should have a Mic/Vent and be able to talk without making our ears bleed, we do not want people who can't talk.
Since we are a 10 man raiding team, we do not like having backups, since it's not fair having people constantly swapped in and out. This means you will have to have amazing attendance, since if someone can't make a raid we will not be able to have progress, however maybe can do some farm raids.
We raid Wednesday/Thursday/Sunday @ 20:00-00:00 but we start as soon as people are online so we can clear trash etc. Rare absences are unavoidable in some cases, but we need you to sign the calendar when you cant make it ASAP.
