About Us

Formed around a long standing core of experienced mythic raiders, we aim to clear content at a competitive pace whilst maintaining a relaxed and fun raiding environment.

We have a progression oriented mindset with a two day raiding schedule and always aim to offer fast paced progression which means we expect the best from our raiders.

Historically Mayhem has been a 3 day guild, but after Aberrus we have changed to a 2 day schedule.

Raid Times (Server Time - GMT+1)

Thursday 19.30 - 23.30
Sunday 19.30 - 23.30

The above is our mythic progression schedule and on farm we aim to clear the raid in one night as fast as possible. We usually have a 10 minute break at 21:00.

If you feel you cannot maintain close to 100% attendance, please do not apply.

- We very rarely extend
- We do not do mandatory PTR test
- We do not require mandatory alts (but alts are always a big plus)
- We aim to do one optional split run the first two weeks on saturdays
(It is OK to be unable to join, as we then try to accomodate you in the main raid or if you don't have an alt)

Expectations

What can you expect of us?
- A strong and stable guild who has been around for many years
- A close community of people who want to enjoy the game together
- A progress oriented atmosphere where we also want to have fun
- A group of motivated players who always want to improve

What do we expect of you?

- We look for punctuality in all our raiders. Show up on time, kill boss, get loot
- Be able and willing to look at your own performance and logs, with an aim to play as well as you possibly can
- Be able to accept criticism - Mistakes happen to everyone, own up to it and be willing to fix it
- Be a team player that puts the guilds best interest ahead of your own
- Be a quick learner and turn up prepared
- Have a working microphone and be vocal when needed

Although it is not required, being able to properly play more than one spec or class is always regarded highly within the guild.

Loot

Loot is handled with a loot council made up of both raiders and officers.
Loot is a progression tool and is treated with that in mind with the officers having the final say.
