“Unsanctioned Violence” Guild

We are a raiding progression guild that transfered to Ragnaros-EU at the start of Cataclysm. We have progressed through the entire of Wrath of the Lich King and have many members with raid experience going further back to Vanilla and the Burning Crusade. Since we moved we have changed to a 10 man raiding guild and fully intend to beat all the current and future content of this expansion.

Our aim is to find like-minded people, who like us have several responsibilities outside the game, but are passionate about raiding and want to progress through the raid content. We want to form a tight-knit roster with a casual but focused attitude, aiming to clear all content and move on to heroic modes. Our main goal is to have fun raiding while still maintaining a successful and progressive raid. We want our raiders to enjoy themselves and not feel like playing wow is a 2nd job.

You are expected to come prepared for fights, this includes having an understanding of all the current raid boss mechanics and tactics. Do not expect to be spoonfed what you need to do on each encounter. Prior to beginning an encounter assignments and tactics will be discussed and you are encouraged to participate and take a pro-active approach to the raid. You are expected to be able to accept criticism, own up to your mistakes, and most importantly work on your mistakes to improve as a player and as a raider.

Bringing appropiate food buffs/flasks/potions is required. We expect all of our raiders to have complete knowledge about their class and keep up with current class and game changes. While being able to play your class skillfully is important having good raid awareness is a must.

Your input/feedback will always be considered and valued. If you feel like there's something we can change or improve we expect you to contribute. Critism of other players during raids is accepted however as a trialist we would ask you to be tactful in your approach. We value our community and expect you to become part of it, we encourage ventrilo participation during raids, and we expect our members to be an active part of our discussion forums.
