We are currently looking for players for the remainder of season 4 and for Dragonflight!
About us:
We are a social and friendly group of players which will be going for cutting edge during all tiers in Dragonflight. The guild was created at the start of Shadowlands and achieved cutting edge in its second raid tier. Now we are looking to get a strong and consistent raiding core while keeping a friendly and fun environment going into Dragonflight.
Raid Schedule:
Wednesday 19:45-23 servertime
Sunday 19:45-23 servertime
Loot system:
During progress we handle loot through RC Loot Council. Tradeable pieces are distributed based on size of upgrade, player performance and the player's predicted contribution on current progression bosses.
Progress:
CN:6/10 SoD: 10/10 M CE SoFO: 6/11 M (raid break after Lihuvim)
In season 4 we are currently farming mythic fated both raid days.
Expectations:
Consistency: We expect raiders to show high consistency and be reliable. This applies to both inside and outside of raids. We expect you to show consistent gameplay, farm the needed gear and be on time for raids.
Preparation: We expect raiders to come prepared for raids. This includes research on progression boss fights, and how your specific class can be played optimally on the fights. Further, you need to show up with all needed consumables and enchants.
Good attitude: Mythic progression can be mentally taxing. We need people with positive attitudes and people that want to give that bit of extra effort to down bosses. We would also like that you are able to take constructive criticism so we can help you and the guild to become better.
Class knowledge: You need to know your class well, this includes being able to minmax your damage output and a general understanding of how you contribute most efficiently to a progress raid.
