If you are sick of guilds who have massive roster turnover, treat their members like tools rather than people, and have no sense of community whatsoever - then we may be what you are looking for.

Alterac Deviants is a guild that has been raiding since Molten Core, and the main reason we have been able to keep going for so long is stable leadership, and a very stable core. We treat our members well as long as they also treat the guild well in return. We have set raiding hours that are only extended very rarely, and never for very long.

We strongly believe that we are one of the best in the business at providing a home for players whilst attaining strong progress and always improving. We don't look to recruit people for one tier, we are in it for the long haul and generally want players who are looking for a home for multiple expansions etc.

If you have thick skin and can take a joke (and ideally dish it out as well), and the above sounds like what you are searching for, then please apply - we respond to all applications promptly.

What to expect from us:

- A long time existing guild that's really reliable and it's worth putting time and effort into.
- A strong, experienced officer team
- An amazing social and raiding atmosphere.
- Cutting Edge progression every tier/expansion.
- No split raids currently - however we will be split raiding as of the tier that follows Battle of Darzalor.

What we expect from YOU:

- You have to be a teamplayer, have respect for guildies and don't make drama about gear or why you might be sitting out.
- You have to be able to take criticism in a mature way.
- We are recruiting the player, not the class. Be able to adapt to other classes/roles if necessary.
- Be able to deal with our own special breed of cancer, jokes will be made, sometimes at your expense. Ideally have some ammunition to throw back.

BFA Progress Times:

These are our typical progression raid times but we do add days during progress if everyone agrees to them.

We don't raid on Sundays during farm, in reality it's usually only 2 days max during farm anyway.

-Monday - 19:30 to 23:30
-Tuesday - 19:30 to 23:30
-Wednesday - 19:30 to 23:30
-Thursday - 19:30 to 23:30
-Friday - No Raid
-Saturday - No Raid
-Sunday - 19:30 to 23:30

Attendance

- You're expected to effectively be there for every raid during progress unless there is a good reason not to be.
- We also expect that you ALWAYS notify us ahead of time via discord about possible absence.
