NO LONGER RAIDING
Disorganized is a mythic raiding guild on Ravencrest, alliance. We have a clear goal of overcoming mythic content while relevant on a 2 raid/week basis. Our leadership contains experienced officers and raidleaders that have played since vanilla and been running guilds and raid teams for many years, most of us clearing content while it was current and achieving titles such as 'Immortal', 'Hand of A'dal', 'Hellscream's Downfall' etc.
A great deal of the core raiders and officers have known each other and raided together for many years across multiple expansions so we have a very stable base in the guild, despite the nature of raiding teams with people coming and going as time passes.
In raids we aim to be efficient while maintaining a positive and respectful, but also competitive environment, where constructive critism plays a natural part and drama or bad behavior is not tolerated. We want to enjoy ourselves while we progress through raids! We also understand that progression means sometimes you sitout in the interest of balancing raid for specific encounters and we do not make a fuss about it.
Exceptional Applications will be considered even if not a prefered class listed above.
Our progression in Legion so far is…
Tomb of Sargeras: 3/9 M
Nighthold : 8/10 M (while current)
Trial of Valor: 2/3 M (while current)
Emerald Nightmare: 7/7 M (Cutting Edge)
As many guilds we got hit by raider burnout from the AP grind early in Legion which shows in our results in ToV and NH, but unlike most it didn't break us and we still carry on with the clear goal of achieving a steady Cutting Edge team.
We raid Wednesday and Sunday at 20:00 - 23:00 (+/- 15 minutes if close to an important kill)
Outside of raids we have an active player base that is participating in varies activities such as Mythic+ runs, occasional alt/social raids that are optional of course and then a lot of social banter in guild chat and on Discord.
