Helix is a semi-hardcore, Alliance-based raiding
guild on Ravencrest that started with Mythic raiding in BFA. We
originally started on Outland however transferred to Ravencrest in
April 2019.
We are a PvE-focused, Social and Raiding guild on EU-Ravencrest. Socials, raiders, PvPers and Mythic+ players, or just casual players who enjoy the game are all welcome, regardless of your goal and/or interest.
Our goal as a guild is to clear mythic content with players who are like minded and looking to push and achieve big. In the long term we look to be achieving cutting edge. We are first and foremost a PvE guild. This means that raiding will always be available if you meet the right requirements needed for that level of raiding content.
Our raid atmosphere, above all else, is fun. We all enjoy top-difficulty content, but enjoying it is a top priority to us. With this being the case, raid atmospheres are full of friendly banter, but when it comes to progress we are professional and apply ourselves to the task at hand.
Applicants should be committed both inside and outside of raiding times with focus on gearing up and maximising their main raiding characters. Keeping alts up to date for progression is also hugely beneficial.

We are currently recruiting the above classes to fit our composition, however recruitment is always open as we look to improve the roster to push more content. If your class is not listed above please feel free to still contact us.
Our raiding times are as follows:
Wednesday - 20:00 - 23:00 - Mythic
Sunday - 20:00 - 23:00 - Mythic
Thursday - 20:00 - 23:00 - Heroic
The Thursday run is used in the starting weeks of an expansion for progression and raiders are required to attend. After HC is cleared we focus on Mythic (Wed & Sun) with Thursday being used as the Heroic run day.
Our expectations from trials and raiders:
Any applicants should be able to play their class at a Mythic standard and have previous raid experience as well. We expect you to know fight tactics and mechanics going into progress fights. You will also need the ability to take constructive criticism with the aim of optimising your character.
We expect our raiders and trials to be prepared to consistently show up for raids, so as to aid in creating a stable and consistent core roster. However, we understand very well that real-life sometimes takes priority - we ask for 90-95% attendance.
M+ players, PvPers and socials are also welcome.
