“Nightshift” Guild

The guild Nightshift is recruiting for Heroic Progression in 8.2.

A bit about us:

<Nightshift.> is a 6-year-old guild created in "The Maelstrom" server before we moved to Ravencrest in 2017.

We aimed for mythic in the previous tiers achieving high mythic progress in previous expansions and getting Cutting Edge on Uldir (8/8M) and 7/9M on Battle for Dazar’ Alor.

With life taking priority over our gaming hours some of the veterans have decided to step down from mythic raiding and the guild will now focus on:

-Heroic raids and Mythic+

-Some casual pvp

Therefore, we are recruiting like-minded players of any class/spec.

Raid Days: Wednesday and Thursday

Raid Times: 23:00 - 01:00 ST

What do we expect from you: the 3 P’s

Participation - Since heroic is more chilled, super high attendance is not absolutely required but if you are interested in raiding you need to show up and we need to check if you are reliable.

Preparation - Just because we are clearing heroic doesn’t mean we are carrying people. Players should have their gear optimized (Enchants/Gems) and be prepared with consumables (Flasks/Food). You must obviously know the fights and we will not carry clueless people.

Playfulness - We are here to have fun playing this game, and we want people to have fun. We would like to encourage people to join discord outside raids/activites and in general bring a good atitude towards the guild.

What can you expect from us:

We have played this game for a long time and will try to share our experience with you. Even during Mythic progress, we kept a relaxed environment in raids which will carry on now. As for raiding you can count on experienced players in Tanking, Healing and Dpsing that will make the runs as smooth as possible. We also like to play other games and those interests can be shared later.
