- About Regression:
Originally a top guild from Argent Dawn, the core raid team transferred to Ravencrest due to its larger Mythic playerbase. Regression is a two day progression raiding guild that aims to maintain a banterous, fun environment while achieving a steady level of progression through Mythic difficulty.
Current Goal
We're now optimising our progression roster as we intend to continue our tier-on-tier improvement. We're looking for motivated, social and highly skilled individuals to come aboard and push content.
Raid Times (server time)
Raid Nights are Wednesday and Monday from 20:00-23:00, invites are sent at 19:45. Raid times can be extended if we believe the momentum of pulls can push us that bit further to down a boss.
Recruitment
We base our recruitment on attitude and performance. That being said, we always look to improve and add to our roster, which means that you should not hesitate to contact us, even if your class is not currently actively being recruited. Bring good logs.
Things we expect from you
> Be an exceptional player regardless of class, able to understand fights quickly, avoid any kind of raid damage easily, give feedback on boss tactics and quickly gather information required to maximize your own and the raids performance during progression.
> Wiping on new content is your first love. We are focused on progressing the guild, not your characters love of epic loot.
> You must have a tolerance for any kind of trolling, or banter during trash or outside of raids. Apart from progression, we enjoy talking and socialising to keep the game fun.
> Be punctual in showing up for raids. I can't stress this enough.
> Be mature both in age and attitude. Although we can all joke at times, we know when to draw the line and get serious.
> Able to thrive on criticism, as harsh as at may be at times it will always be constructive.
> Be able to prepare yourself before each raid. If you do not understand the value in being prepared, then do not apply.
> Rock solid connection and computer, it won't matter even if you are a world class player, being offline has no value.
> Be able to communicate effectively. There will be times when communicating helps, but knowing when and how to do so without disrupting raiding is important.
> Highly motivated to play WoW and do well, if you plan on quitting in the near future do not bother applying.
