“Swarm” Guild

Swarm is not a hardcore raiding guild, but we do take raiding very seriously and we are interested in recruiting players that share the same philosophy. We believe it's possible to be serious with raiding as well as maintaining a certain level of social interaction within the Guild. We also want to have a raiding atmosphere where it isn't a mortal sin when a mistake is made and we try to help each other to improve and learn from their mistakes.

Swarm's Goal
To progress through to the endgame content of World of Warcraft, with as much fun and speed as possible. If you feel the above things relate to you, we would like to encourage you to apply to our Guild.

Rules and expectation of Raiders:
- You must be 18+ years of age
- You must have a very good knowledge and experience of your class and class mechanics
- We expect all raiders to be prepared for raids: know the tactics, have food and flasks ready and always strive to improve performance by researching class details of raid encounters
- You must be able to use Mumble and have a working microphone and be ready to use it
- You have to be able to accept constructive criticism and learn from your mistakes
- Able to attend a minimum of 3 planned raids per week (Sunday-Thursday)
- Can read and write English to a basic level as well as speak clear English so other players are able to understand you, especially on Mumble.

We have zero tolerance for people who are late for a raid, aren’t ready for a raid, not paying attention, wasting time with AFKs etc.
