“The Dark Embrace” Guild

Introduction
Formally the Alliance Guild <Fepix> back in Legion, we are an English-speaking guild that moved over to Kazzak to enjoy the higher population. We are currently working to further increase our roster in preparation for Shadowlands.

We are a social guild who raid Heroic but focus more on Mythic+ dungeon content. We cater both to stronger players that want to clear Heroic quickly/push high Mythic+ keys and also less experienced players that want to progress Heroic at their own pace, providing the infrastructure and resources for them to improve.

About us

• We are currently clearing 2x Heroic Ny'alotha lockouts a week and this will continue forwards to future raid tiers. We have one experienced team going for fast and efficient speed kills for weekly loot and another team taking the raid at more of a relaxed pace to gear alts/improve gameplay in a chill progression-style environment.


• Our main focus is Mythic+ keystones, we always have several members online in the evenings willing to help with a range of keystones, whether it's helping a newer player/alt through a sub 10 key or more experienced players pushing higher 15 and above keys.


• We have a pool of strong and experienced M+ players that are pushing keys every Monday/Sunday evening 20:00-23:00 server time in a social environment. These players are currently pushing 3k io and are working on timing more 20 and above keys. We're always keen to recruit like minded players to potentially form more mythic plus teams!


• One of our Officers also runs regular events including Glory Achievements or other mount runs. This usually takes place on a Saturday evening. This is open to the entire community and is a very fun way to add to that mount total!


• We are also very happy to help new or returning players. We have created several resources such as our patch 8.3 guide consisting of gearing, general M+ tips and more. This Google Doc is accessed through our Discord. One of our dedicated officers continues to write new guides to as well as running coaching sessions when requested!
  We also have a dedicated guides channel in our Discord and several very experienced players with extensive mythic experience that are eager to give advice, help gear up, or to support you through learning harder content.

Raiding
We run two Heroic Ny'alotha clears a week across 3 days. Note there is no requirement for our raiders to raid each evening, we encourage you to attend the events that best suit you.

• Thursday 20:00 - 23:00 ST: This is a fast clear for cloak upgrades and specific drops. This is for geared characters who are confident with the tactics to quickly farm the required bosses in one evening. This can include the first 3 bosses of Mythic.


• Friday and Sunday 20:00 - 23:00 ST: This is a much more relaxed run that is designed to give the less experienced and geared members a chance to get into raiding and to develop their skills. More experienced members are welcome to play alts and to help support the less experienced guys in learning the ropes.

We don't expect raiders to be cutting edge material, but we do look for the following:

• Eager to improve and respond positively to advice.
• Effective preparation with consumables, gems and enchants.
• Punctuality, regular attendance and effective communication of absences.
• Reasonable knowledge of your class and its utility.
• Have reasonable output relative to your gear level.
• Good vibes.

Community
Like most guilds, we operate mostly on Discord with only our raids being scheduled on the in-game calendar, all other resources and announcements are posted on our server. This is also where you'll find the banter, memes and other guildies that will be happy to arrange to do content with you!
We have a big social aspect to the guild therefore you will often find people chilling in both the voice and text channels throughout the day, so don't be afraid to come and say hey!
