Avalanché is an international raiding guild on EU-Ravenholdt. We
have relaxed atmosphere and a clear PvE focus. Needless to say, we
are not chasing server firsts, but we aim at having fun and
progressing through honing our skills and continuing to develop as
a team. Quality over quantity is one of our mottos.
We are looking for outstanding players who show:
* Skill - You don't need to top the charts or have cleared content endlessly, but you must know your class and spec. You must show that you can respond well to instructions and learn new encounters.
* Maturity - not necessarily age dependant, but we want our members to show tact and be friendly, even in frustrating situations. It sounds like a no-brainer, but some people focus on purple pixels rather than the big picture. Some people like to employ abusive language. This does not fit well with Avalanché.
* Stability - if you are looking for some quick gear and a guild hop, don't bother applying. We are looking for raiders who wish to be with us for a long time and experience the endgame together.
We all have real lives, with real commitments and real people who need our attention. Therefore we don't have any distinct minimum attendance required. That being said, if you don't wish to participate in the raids actively, don't bother applying. All in all we look for players that are active during evenings and will be available and prepared for raids from 19:45 to 23:00 server time. Applicants must be able to communicate in english and must have a stable internet connection.
Exceptional applicants are always welcome to contact.
