We're a semi-hardcore guild based on Shattered Hand (EU), with the
core people having migrated from Burning Legion, to Genjuros, until
we finally arrived at Shattered Hand.
We're at 1/8 hc , although we're getting close to a second and a third kill which, hopefully, both will be very soon to come.
We only strife to run 25 man for the "harder difficulty" (more people to screw up?). We run LFR and BH with the guild for most efficiency and better distribution of the loot, as well as ensuring a faster gearing process.
By Semi-hardcore, we mean a casual guild, however we require that our raiders do not slack off. We require that:
- People sign up/off for raids
- People show up for raids which they have signed for
- People show for raids with:
* Fully repaired gear
* Fully enchanted and gemmed gear
* Flasks
* Potions
* Etc...
