MWR is not inviting gear. MWR is not inviting experience. MWR is not inviting achievements. MWR is not inviting classes or speccs.

MWR is inviting people! People with the right attitude! People with the right personality! People with the right mindset! People that feel enforced by the values of our guild!

This translates into us being totally uninterested in how many epics you have, or if you've taken down Sartharion with X dragons, or you having Y attack power. But, it also translates into us being very keen on hearing about your view on life, how you would want WoW to be a part of this, what things are important to you and how you feel about our values! Basically, we want to understand how we can help in making your WoW-experience more pleasant!

In practise we have turned down several full epics with full experience that have had the wrong mindsets. And we have invited lvl74s with no raiding experience and low activity but with great personal assets!

This is what we are and this is how we do it. We regard all invites in the long term and we invest in the people we invite!

We have three values in the guild which are fully reflected in our guild name. Please write your applications around these values focusing on the things that you interpret us finding important!

The first value is Maturity (=Mature in our guild name) which implies that we want people to act in a mature way both inside and outside the guild. In practise this means a high and strict age requirement.

The second value is Casualness (=Weekend in our guild name) which implies that IRL always has highest priority. In practise this means that we have no attendance requirements and there is a huge indulgency towards IRL situations and priorities.

The third value is Pleasant Progression (=Raiders in our guild name) which implies that fun is the most important thing but still progression through end-game content. In practise this means that we are not taking raiding overly serious and we don't force people into extremes but we still expect people to show up focused and reasonably prepared.

We are very happy for all applications and we put a lot of time into handling them in a proper way. Should you have any questions that require more of a dialogue, please direct them to any of our members in-game though formalities generally would be handled by the officers.
