Who is Cryptic?
We are a 2-day raiding guild on Silvermoon Eu and were established in Mists of Pandaria. Our leading team exists of people with 12+ year raidleading experience and with managing a guild's structure.
The guild's goal is that we always aim to clear heroic and mythic in our own speed before the next tier release. However the raiding shouldn't kill the atmosphere. So we have our priority.
We are a bunch of friendly people that are looking for good competetive raiders to extend our roster and fight trough the hardest bosses WoW has to offer!

* Everything described in wowprogress is high priority. Even if your class and spec isn't listed we are always in the search for exceptional raiders.
Raiding Times
Mandatory days
Wednesday: 19.15 - 22.45 Servertime.
Monday: 19.15 - 22.45 Servertime.
Optional days
Thursday: 19.15 - 22.45 Servertime (Heroic raid after it's been on farm)
What we expect from you
1. We expect you have the motivation to help the guild reach it's goal.
2. You will come prepared with consumables and have your gear optimized.
3. Always find ways to improve and inspect your own logs what you did wrong.
4. Make sure you are always on time, ideally 15 minutes before raid time.
5. To take constructive criticism as a lesson for yourself.
6. Doing your homework for the boss fights before we reach them.
7. Understanding basic English
8. Bring a positive friendly attitude even outside raids!
9. Having all addons that we require you to have.
10. Be silenced during raid pulls unless you are assigned to.
If you think you got what it takes, to bring full dedication, a positive atmosphere to the team, perform on your best and help this guild reach it's goal.
