At Develop, we spend a lot of time with the players outside of raids, offering suggestions and proactively improving our players.
We understand that in order to raid at the highest level, you need to have a solid foundation within both the guild and core team; So we strive day in and day out to improve every aspect of the guild, to offer its players the best platform for raiding.
We have a stable 20 man team raiding every week, with an additional handful of players ready to step in at a moments notice. When you get invited as trial, you get to prove us that you are a worthy addition to this team.

Raid times: Wed/Sun 19:30-22:30 ST (optional 30 minute extension) PLUS we have Monday as an OPTIONAL raid day (which we very very rarely use).
Applications submitted by exceptional players will be considered, regardless of recruitment demands.
