1. Overview

Guild is no longer raiding

1.1 About us.

<Ebonheart> (formerly known as 'Together We Stand') is a guild created in the beginning of Legion on Hellfire/Arathor server by a bunch of friends who wanted to enjoy the game together. The guild quickly grew from a casual 'normal content' raiding guild into a semi-hardore 'mythic' guild. We first went into mythic content at the end of T19 (Nighthold) raid and achieved a pretty good result of [7/10]. In T20 (ToS) we struggled with our roster, due to summer and a lot of people quitting/taking a break, and since we were on a low-populated server it was quite difficult to recrtruit new mythic-ready players. At the end of ToS it was decided to move the guild to Silvermoon server. The fact that 99% of the guild members moved with the guild is a statement to the guild athmosphere and shows that people feel 'home' in the guild. Once the transfer was completed we started recruitment and preparations for T21. We finished T20 with [5/9] progress and have built a team ready for Antorus. On 07.06.18 we got 1st in guild's history [Cutting Edge] achievement, killing Mythic Argus in less than 500 wipes.

1.2 Battle For Azeroth

Going into BfA, we are going for [Cutting Edge] every raid tier by pushing harder. We are still planning to stay a 3 nights / week raiding guild, however our requirements and expectations from the raiders have been increased (please see below). We will have approx 25 core raiders + few back-up raiders.

1.3 Raiding Times / Loot

We raid 3 times per week - Tuesday / Thursday / Sunday from 20:00 - 23:30 server times. Sometimes raidtimes might be extended for the guild progress.

There is no more 'Master Loot' in BfA, however all unwanted, tradeable loot is distributed by the loot council that consists of our officers. We always give out loot based on the following factors: 1. Ilvl upgrade 2. Raid attendance 3. Performance. We never take into consideration factors like friendship / seniority / etc.

2.0 Recruitment.

2.1 Classes & Specs

The list of classes and specs we need can be found above. The list is costantly updated. However if you are an exceptional player and we feel like you can bolster our team, we will accept you. We do not recruit for the bench. Either you are in the core team or not in the guild.

Once shorlisted you will be asked to join our discord channel to have a short verbal interview.

2.3 Trialing

Once invited into the guild, you will be trialing for the period of 1 month. This is to see that your expertise and knowledge of your class is up to our standards, as well as to see that you fit into the guild. During this period you will be given loot, however the core raiders will have the priority over you.

3.0 Rules & Expectations

3.1 Rules

• Guild progress comes first! This means if you are asked to come on your alt, or if you are benched for certain fights due to priority of other classes over your class - you should be okay with that.
• No toxicness / drama / elitism - we believe that social aspect is a huge part of your WoW experience. Hence we want to create positive gaming environment in the guild. We do not tolerate people being toxic, elitist or negative towards each other.
• Helping your guild members is a must. Whether it is help with a quest, or helping someone do their weekly m+ - it is an integral part of being in the guild.

3.2 What we expect from you

• Have a decent PC and internet connection so you can raid without any major lags.
• Be vocal. Working mic and being able to communicate in English is a must.
• Have 90%+ attendance. Real life comes first, but we expect you to attend most of the raids. If not able to attend a raid - you should let an officer know.
• Mythic raiding experience.
• Full knowledge of your class and spec.
• Be okay with being benched if it is for the guild progress.
• Be stress resistant. Some bosses will require a lot of wipes, and being able to remain calm and keeping on pushing is very important.
• Look up tactics ahead of the raid.
• Be prepared. Bring flasks / food, have enchants and gems, etc. We will be providing some of the consumables, however you are required to have them if necessary.
• Respect the officers. We always act in the best interest of the guild.
• Be on time. You have to be online at least 15 minutes before the raid start.
• Be mature. You should be okay with constructive criticism and have a tolerant attitude towards your guild members.
• Having an alt of different role although not required, however is prefferable.

3.3 What you can expect from us

• A guild of dedicated players looking to clear end-game content.
• Stress-free, friendly playing and raiding environment.
• Help from your guildmates.
• Unbiased and objective treatment from the officers team.
• An awesome community outside the raid times. We often play other games, goof around or just hanging out in discord, having a laugh.
• Some of the consumables - usually things like a feast and / or cauldron are put before a fight/raid.
