Welcome to Empathic
We’ve started this guild in August 2019, and are looking for anyone that want to be part of something bigger then ourselves. If you recognize yourself in what’s written below - don't hesitate to contact us - we are not looking for the best people, we’re looking for the right people. We want to create a place where players have a chance to grow both as a player and a person.
Our Vision:
We believe in a guild environment where empathy and respect for everyone is ruling over judging and blaming, where leadership also means to care for the person behind the character. A culture where anyone can learn anything and making mistakes is the most important path to personal growth.
Our Why:
“To take care of the person behind the character so that they can become the best version of themselves.”
To be able to attract the “Right” people" we have to be clear about what we believe in. Our “Why” symbols the reason why you are in our guild, what you want to contribute to, and what makes you feel fulfilled while you are online. Every decision made from us is based on that sentence.
What's next for Empathic?
The focus is to clear heroic Ny'alotha with the option to continue to mythic when we have 20 dedicated people for it.
Outside of Raids we have a lot of M+ going on, helping with Cloak upgrades and so on.
We are mostly looking for Healers and Ranged DPS, both preferably with OS.
Our Raid days are: Mon/Thur 8:00pm -11:00pm ST
We are in the process of rebuilding our team slightly after having some unforeseeable changes and some people stop playing.
We are not a super intense raiding guild as you can see right now, we give the room to improve, we sort out logs together, try to see where the flaws are in the rotation/how to perform on a certain boss better.
So for you as someone who thinks "Wow that sounds great" all we really need is some logs, the will to perform better, be nearly up to date with Neck (75) and Cloak (Rank 9). Everything else is discussed in a quick in game chat or voice chat :)
