<Noctournal Dreams> is a new semi-hardcore minded alliance raiding guild established on Silvermoon EU. With a strong core team consisting of good raiders. we are aiming for cutting edge progression during our effective 3 day raiding schedule.


<What is Noctournal Dreams?>

In Noctournal Dreams we thrive on having a very active and social playerbase which activly leads to us having a constant and solid character progression on all of our members, as a team. Our social and helpful guild-atmosphere welcomes every kind of individual with the mindset to contribute to the already existing atmosphere.

Time-efficiency during raids is something we in Noctournal Dreams strongly believe in. Coming well prepared to a raid with the knowledge needed to progress as effective as possible is something we expect all raiders to respect and honor. Our officer team also works daily with planning out the strategies needed for the boss encounters that lies ahead. No raid-time should be excessively spent on things that would have, and most importantly should have been done prior to raid start.

Related to the statements written above also comes knowledge regarding your own class and character. In order to fulfill our theory of time-efficiency we need all our raiders to have a solid and most importantly updated read on what state your class is currently in and how and where it thrives, as well as knowing your current stat weights etc in order to perform at your maximum level. Remember, execution is key.


<What can you expect from us?>

- Focused raiding with the mindset of cutting edge mythic progression. Our goal is always to clear content prior to the release of the next raid.

- A calm and respectful raiding atmosphere. There exists a mutual understanding between all our raiders regarding how a raid night should be executed in order to maximize progression. Withholding a calm tone and atmosphere is an essential part of this understanding.

- A very sociable community where everyone plays together and helps each other out.


<What we can expect from you?>

- Perfect knowledge of your class. This includes stat weights, in which situation your class thrives, what talent setup is optimal for certain encounters and everything else related to your class and its potential. Note that theory crafting is an essential part of this.

- Preparations. This comes without saying. Every raider comes prepared to every fight and raid. No discussion. This includes consumables and fight knowledge.

- High attendance. If you're not attending, you're likely to be replaced by someone who is.

Wednesday 20:00:00-23:00
Sunday 20:00-23:00
Monday 20:00-23:00

Invites go out 15 minutes prior to raid. At 20:00 we start clearing. At this point you're expected to be inside the raid and ready to pull. Also note that extending a night of raiding might occur if we're very close to a kill. Also note that staying overtime on these occasions is never mandatory.
