“Perfugas” Guild

Hello there Raider,

We from Perfugas (2/11M) are a Semi-casual raiding guild that aside from raiding push alot of m+ keys (15-23).

Raiding Schedule:
Mon 19:45-23:00 (M prog)
Wed 19:45-23:00 (M prog)
Thur 19:45-23:00 (HC optional clear)
All raid times are Silvermoon server time

Currently Recruiting:
Ranged DPS (Pref Shaman/Hunter/SPriest/Boomkin)
Melee DPS (DK/Rogue)
Currently our melee roster is pretty good, but of course as with ranged dps, all applications will be considered.

Things needed in your application:
1. Character name
2. Link to your warcraftlogs if you have any from current tier, if not, old tiers will be looked at aswell.
3. Link to your armory.
4. A quick description about your former mythic/HC experience pref this exp but feel free to write about former exp's aswell.
5. Preferred if your already 940+, we're not looking to boost someone through HC, but if you are low geared and perform well for your ilvl that's another thing.

Things we ask of you as a raider:
1. Since we are only an 2 day raiding guild attendance on both Mon-Wed for mythic progression is of upmost importance, if yor uncertain if that'll be possible this might not be the guild for you. Ofc exceptions will be made as long as we're told in time.
2. Knowledge of your class and spec and most importantly knowledge about the encounter we're currently facing, We're not gonna go through every boss over and over each pull, but you will get a quick desc. of the fight before first pull if it's your first time.
3. Be able to take constructive critique.
4. Have discord installed.

Things you can expect from us:

- Experienced and strong leadership from both current/previous expansions.
- Progress oriented mindset, people striving to become better at their class.
- A serious but friendly environment where you will we able to both do mythic raids aswell as push some m+ keys that some in the guild are doing.
- Possibly there will be full alt runs in the future aswell, difficulty depends on our composition.
- People with knowledge about different encounters
