“Pull XXII” Guild

<PULL XXII> Is recruiting for our mythic raiding team in Dragonflight.

The guild consists of experienced mythic/CE raiders. We're building a semi-hardcore mythic raiding team to push everyone to their best performance, but we try to do this in a focused and relaxed environment. Our aim is eventually getting CE every tier. Attitude and constructive criticism is our main focus. We're an open community with room for difference in skill and IRL circumstances.

Pull XXII is build based on:

• Respect: Being considerate to difference in experience and skill
  
• Helping each other: playing and progressing with each other both in raid but also keys.
  
• Constructive feedback: Encouraging members to give feedback and discussion, we all like to grow
  
• Communication: Is key during and outside raids to be adaptive under stressful situations.
  
• Maturity: We're all adults, joking around will happen with no intention of hurting anyone.
