Ever joined a guild for Mythic progression and always noticed how there always seems to be 1 thing great about 1 guild, but your new guild lacks something your old guild had? Ever Joined a raiding guild and thought the progress was good but wished it wasn’t dead outside of raid? Or Liked the social atmos but weren’t happy with the progress?
Raid is a fairly new guild with the sole purpose to bring the fun factor back to WoW, progress through all of the Raid Tiers at the hardest difficulty in a reasonable time, bring an active and social atmosphere to the guild inside and outside of raid times and allow guild members to make new friends and play other games together in addition to WoW / chilling in discord with music bot and having a laugh outside of raid times etc - You get the idea!
We strive for a non-toxic attitude and a very friendly welcoming atmosphere for everyone to raid in. That said: When it does come to raiding a line is drawn and thus we expect everyone to put in equal effort towards the raiding goals, no one is to be carried - you are expected to perform at the top of your game.
You are expected:
> At least 90% attendance no less.
> To be able to play your class to a masterful level, and to always be striving to maximise your performance of your class.
>to be vocal when needed and to be able to use Discord with a working mic.
>To be able to avoid damage easily, and to make use of every nuance your class offers to do so.
>to be able to give and take constructive criticism equally without being offended by it.
>Turn up to raid fully prepared with every tome and consumable / tonics etc. You are also expected to have thoroughly researched each upcoming fight.
>LOOT<
We use a loot council to distribute loot.
Attendance and performance impact who we prio loot to. We want to gear people who are putting in the effort.
Additionally all BOE's go to the loot council as additional loot.
We do not extend our raids past the allocated raiding times.
Raid times are set to be:
Wednesday 20:00 - 23:00 st
Thursday 20:00 - 23:00 st
Sunday 20:00 - 23:00 st
