Our normal Team composition is 2/3/9 but are in the mists of converting to 2/4/14
We are also recruiting socials and people interested in being Softcore raiders interested in raiding with us if a member is unable to make the raids that week.
You will be required to have RCLootCouncil for loot distribution, As for tier, this is handled through a funnel-feed system. We will be gearing all DPS to (2) set, then the tanks, then the healers. We then repeat the system for the (4) Set. We have a tier listings on our website for raiders to see/monitor when they should be getting their tier pieces, this means that players can track current tiering progress.
