Statera is an 18+ Cutting Edge raiding guild.
About Us: Statera is a 18+ social orientated raid guild, our aim is to achieve CE for all our raiders in each tier.
Statera has a newly formed progress team that aims to become a CE team and has managed to achieve 9/10m in its first tier together, We raid 2 days a week, Wednesday and Thursday from 20:30ST-23:30ST. We raid with Cutting Edge in mind, so all that's expected with in a CE team in regards to prep, class/spec knowledge per encounter and the most optimal gear that the game can currently give or you can obtain should be sought after. This means we require raiders to be fully prepared for each fight using the sources we provide you, achieve a certain amount of character progress in terms of gear following the standards we set for the tier (we inform raiders on this on a tier by tier basis) and bring a professional attitude to the raids (We expect full focus during the pulls and during tactic discussions but allow banter in between pulls as a good atmosphere is still important to us.
Discord is mandatory throughout all guild events, having a clear working mic will be necessary to raid with us, good communication is the key to succes after all.
Besides raiding CE, there is also a very strong social aspect to this guild, we have many socials and raiders who also play on a lot of other games as a guild. Examples include Overwatch, Ark, Conan, Stellaris, Civ, LoL, Warframe, Eve. If you’re interested in playing another game, asking on discord is a sure way of finding people! This for us is what being in a guild is all about, wanting to spend time with the people you have the most in common with and forging relationships that don't just stop and start when you log in and out of WoW.
