Greetings!

We are a tight bunch of people composed of leaders and players who have a lot of raiding experience since vanilla, but value the friendship and fun parts of the game over progress and loot.

Each member is like a family member to us, and we take good care of them, helping each other, inspecting game play and logs to increase the performance of each member, and making the group better a whole. No one is left behind.

We don't order anyone around, and are open to any feedbacks, any suggestions or any constructive criticism. BiS is not a guild dragged by a handful of officers. It is a guild powered by each member within the family, and none of the officers have priority over anything. The guild works with mutual understanding, devotion and respect, instead of hard set rules.

As per payback, the only thing we expect from our members is for them to be willing and open about everything. Open minded, open to constructive criticism, open to improving themselves, etc... We will do our best to lift even the lowest of our team, as long as they are willing to listen and try their best to improve. Mistakes are the best way to learn, as long as you are open to learn from them :)

We raid twice a week, and maybe do a third raid for lower content for alts, etc, which is not mandatory to attend. We expect everyone to join the raids as much as they can, as it's only two raids per week, but of course real life happens and it comes first :) Just let us know when you're going for a vacation, or need a break, or just going to go out and have some fun with some friends :)

The loot is distributed by a loot council, without giving anyone priority over anyone else (with the exception of trialists), and the council ALWAYS tries to give the item to the person who the item is the better upgrade for, thus will profit the guild more as a whole. Mistakes or misjudgements can happen, but we will do our best to keep them minimized.

If you like what you have read so far, we would be glad to have a talk with you, and help you decide if you want to be a part of the family :)

Sincerely,
BiS
