About SWAG
SWAG is an international, English speaking 10-man guild focusing on clearing end-game content in a competitive manner.

Our raiding
We raid four days a week -Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, from 20:00 to 23:30, raid invites however start at 19:45. We expect high attendance and skill from all our raiders, since we aim at having a close and reliable roster. The guild provides feasts for progression raids, but expects raiders to bring potions and flasks.
But it's not all serious business! It's a game after all and we all enjoy a laugh during raids and exceptionally bad jokes are provided by Lastator.
Occassional alt raids and off raids for achievements usually occur during the weekend, or on our normal raiding days when current heroic content has been cleared.

Our do's and don't's
We don't tolerate foul attitude, whether it's against fellow guildies or outside the guild.
We don't appreciate drama about loot or whining during tries.
We do expect people to be able to take constructive critism.
We do encourage our raiders to master both a main spec and an off spec, for increased viablity for different encounters.
We do use loot council and we like it.
We do require ventrilo and being able to communicate through it.

Being a team
While heavy decisions are being made by the guild leader and officer, we believe in everyone pulling their own weight. This means everyone is involved in guild matters, such as raid leading, making guides and suggestions, banking, uploading to WoL and alike.
Being a part of the guild and creating something together, makes us a close group of players.
