“Erased” Guild

Recruitment (we DO NOT trial cross server, trials MUST join the guild)


Open: after finishing the tier a lot lower rank than we should have, and are used to, due to some roster issues, we are currently looking for players to strengthen for the next "real" tier to get us back challenging the into top 500. for Fated we just plan to raid 1-2 times per week (most likely 1) to have some fun whilst we build the team ready for "The War Within"

<Erased> is a group of long term raiders who have raided together for many years, we formed the guild and merged our experience in order to meet both the requirements of attaining constant progression and a stable and friendly roster/community in guild, we formed Erased, midway through BoD tier in BFA, yet still achieved cutting edge. Our main goal now is to continue to build, push forward and become one of the top guilds on the server, and keep making steps in climbing the world rankings.

Raid Schedule

We currently raid 3 days a week. We will also have an optional raid day if required to clear heroic content. It is something which can greatly benefit the guild and something we'd really appreciate happening, however this is optional NOT mandatory. The optional days may also be used for extra events such as alt runs.

Our raid days/times are:

Wednesday 20:00-23:00 ST
Thursday 20:00-23:00 ST
Sunday 20:00-23:00 ST

Monday 20:00-TBA ST OPTIONAL (Organised guild boost run ! a chance for you to earn some extra gold ;) )

*(Socials are only accepted into the guild if a friend of a current member or with a view to future trialing)

Expectations of players

Mythic plus is now a huge part of the game and we actively seek all our players to take a keen interest in this part of the game outwith raiding. We expect reliable and committed raiders who have similar learning curve to the core of the team in order to be as successful as possible and reaching the levels we expect ourselves to be.

With Blizzard also seemingly putting an emphisis on grinding a certain rep in order to socket your gear, we expect all players to actively work toward this at a decent rate, whilst we also understand time restraints outside of raiding for some players, it is something we expect you to put some extra effort into getting this done asap.

With class choices, we'd like to make it clear for those specifically rolling a class which has multiple DPS specs that you learn all of them and not stick to the one spec only. Versatility and flexibility are some of the core values we look for in new raiders. In addition to this, we'd like to also mention the possibility of alts which are raid ready. The guild can invest some time in helping serious alts get to where they need to be so they can be used in raids. However, it is not mandatory for our raiders to have a raid ready alt, and it will always be at the discretion of the officer team whether time will indeed be invested in said character.

Reliability

We expect close to 100% attendance if applying for a tank/healer position and 90%+ attendance if applying for a DPS position.

Maturity

We expect any applicant/trial to be in complete control of their own lives. While we also want socially competent human beings(20+), we also require you to be self-reliant and not have your progression raiding-hours influenced by any outside sources. We also require you to be a humble person, primarily playing for the team be it sitting on bench when its required / playing according to how we want you to play > playing according to what gets you the highest logs


We are always on the lookout for exceptional players to bolster our squad, if you feel you fit this even if your class is not listed above please feel free to get in touch, we recruit the player not the class/spec specifically. Any solid application will be reviewed. All potential recruits will be subject to a strict trial period if accepted. We all speak english for written announcements and voice communication so its critical applicants do so too.
