Who is Diverge
Diverge is a 10-man raiding guild, with a primary focus on progressing fast and effectively through content. Our members have long raiding experience on a high level, having experienced every fight ever made by Blizzard over the timespan of 5 years that WoW is around and are now interested in maintaining the same high level of play in a 10man environment.
We aim to be as good as it gets and that translates in the manner of our raiding, swift, effective and above all, progress-oriented.
If you are not satisfied with being average and always strive for perfection, then this is the place for you.
What are we looking for
Above all, we are looking for like-minded players, that value progress raiding more than anything in the game, and are always willing to go the extra mile to achieve that. We are interested in people that maximize their performance at all times and are never fullfilled by just doing "okay". If you don't research your class with information on mechanics and logs then you should probably think twice before applying here. You need to have the drive to be the best, and you need to show it.
Our leadership is democratic, there is no dictatorship here. Should you pass your trial, your ideas and opinions will be heard and taken into consideration at all times. We value personal initiative and we are particularly interested in people that don't blindly copy tactics from other guilds but instead, use their brain and think of ways to improve the guild's approach to an encounter. We will always consider your input valueable and expect you to offer feedback.

Our raiding times are 5 days per week (Sunday through Thursday), from 19:30 to 24:00, however should there be no objections these times may vary, especially during progress.
