“Resurgam” Guild

Introduction

Resurgam is a long standing 25 man, PvE Alliance guild, formed back in early TBC. Ever since we established ourselves as one of our previous realm’s top 3 guilds. We migrated to Sylvanas just a few days ago, searching for a fresh start.
As a semi-hardcore guild we raid from 20.00 to 24.00 on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.
We are currently recruiting exceptional players of all classes in order to push into heroic content of Cataclysm.
We offer a mature environment with an average age of 20-25. Like most guilds, we like to joke around, so don't take it personal.
Overall we are an active, stable, long-lasting guild that won't be going away any time soon and will continue pushing to become better & stronger.
For a loot system we use DKP + Loot council and fixed values for items. Also there are resets every now and than to help new members.

What do we expect from you?

- You need to have a good knowledge on your class and spec. You need to know which stats, gems, glyphs or enchants are the way to go.
- You do not need to have done every fight we have, but we require basic knowledge about all encounters, and we will not teach you all fights from scratch. Experience with previous expansions is not mandatory, but is a plus.

- Basic preparations such as gems, enchants and professions as well as consumables are expected.
- We also require high attendance.80-85 % is a desired minimum. Of course vacations and absences for proper reasons is something pretty normal and we understand it.
- We expect you to have a stable computer and connection.

- Good attitude is a must. If you can’t stand deserved criticism, if you go emo after 2-3 wipes, if you are arrogant or a loot whore this guild isn’t for you.Overall a friendly and respectful attitude is desired
- We use Ventrilo to communicate during raids, and we require you to be on it. You do not need to be very vocal, but you must have decent enough English skill to understand it properly, both in speech and writing.

We are always looking for exceptional players regardless of class or role to strengthen our ranks. While we can not guarantee anyone a 100% raid spot, we never recruit anyone with the intention of benching them, if you are recruited you will get to see your share of raiding.
