Acheron was formed on Aggramar around the summer of 2015 & is the result of a merge between two old school guilds that both started playing back in vanilla. Throughout the years we have managed to achieve multiple Cutting Edge achievements at our own pace.
Raid schedule: Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday 20:00 – 23:30 CET.
Dropping to 2 nights once farm raiding is done
Our expectations:
• Attendance: We understand real life can interfere with raid days and times, but we do expect everyone to be available for at least 90% of our raids.
• Communication: We expect you to be able to communicate during raids. We use Discord, and expect you to have a working microphone. We welcome discussion during raid & between pulls, but during pulls we expect clear comms.
• Respect: We expect everyone to respect one another. Everyone can disagree with each other, but as long as people treat each other with respect a healthy team will be build. In the end, raiding is a team effort and without a team there's nothing to achieve.
What can we offer you?
• A solid community with keystones, raids & loads of fun, but also a competitive atmosphere where everyone is looking to improve & get better.
• A competent & understanding officer team that does research on boss fights & stay up to date with needed information, but also understand that real life problems happen, and they come first. We aim to challenge our raiders & help them improve, but also understand that sometimes real life circumstances get in the way of raiding.
• A heady mix of burned out boomer Millennials who will describe new mechanics with references to bosses and raids that are older than you, and annoying zoomers who press buttons super fast and know what all the twitch memes actually mean.
