A Little about us
De Facto was founded on December of 2008 shortly after Wrath of the Lich King was launched.We started raiding as a casual raiding guild in Naxx and OS 10 man and ended up as a 25 man raiding guild in ICC 25 hc.We originally belonged to Spinebreaker-PvP but recently(20/11/2012) we migrated as a whole guild on Tarren Mill for better Progression and PvE / PvP recruit opportunities.We took our time to get a good roster for the upcoming Tier 15 and managed to finish Rank 30 on Tarren Mill for tier 14 and Rank 1 RBG Guild with 2443 rating.
We have a strong PVE focus and our main aim is to down new bosses and clear content as swiftly as possible. We raid purely for the enjoyment of PVE content and not for pixelated purples. We are an enstablished raiding guild and in the following months we hope to enjoy the new raiding content while at the same time enjoying the game.Our Leading and Officer crew is working day and night as we speak to provide the best possible recruits from this and other Eu Servers in order to achieve our goals.Our raiding crew is mostly consisted of 25-35 year old people who have real life commitments making us a mature laid back and relaxed semi-hardcore raiding guild.

Attendance
A high level of attendance for all raids goes without saying. While we understand not everyone can make absolutely all of our raids, the best geared and most proficient at their role tend to be people with close to 100% attendance. As mentioned above we are raiding 3 times a week and so we ask from our raiders to be able to raid all 3 days and achieve an attendance of 90+ % (we understand that rarely there will be real commintments appearing making you not able to raid for once)
Communication
You must have a microphone and be able to speak on teamspeak. We expect you to speak English on a level that is understandable for everyone. You are expected to be able to pass on information verbally before, during and after fights, just like you are expected to listen carefully to the officers.
