Just got to Tarren Mill from Sylvanas (https://www.wowprogress.com/guild/eu/sylvanas/De+Novo) And we're now looking for advanced players with at least 5/8M. Please note that we do not recruit to bench players and are to give you an opportunity, if offered to you, to progress together with us. Provided you meet our requirements.
Understand that we have high expectations regarding player performance. And you are expected to show adequate knowledge of your class.

De Novo
has a fully operational raiding team with raid schedules. looking for like-minded players that wants to clear Uldir. We are a semi-hardcore guild, meaning we want a relaxed environment with only 2 raid days, but also want steady progress and for people to play their class well with the eager to improve. The guild is made up from a lot of irlfs and players who've played together for a long time, so there is a fair amount of bad humour and banter between us. At the end of the day it's important for us to have a big raid and guild environment.
★ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Age limit 20+ (Younger players may be considered if mature)
- Mythic raiding experience and able to provide logs.
- Be able to speak, write and understand Swedish/Norwegian.
- You have a decent microphone and are willing to talk.
- Be able to handle constructive criticism.
- When you criticize, keep it constructive and calm, or be quiet.
- More than a logger. You develop your character / Alts beyond raiding.
- You are a really nice guy or girl that we want in our guild!
- You play for the TEAM, wich is the GUILD.
