“Dedicated” Guild

Dedicated is a mythic raiding guild residing on Tarren Mill (H). We consist of players that highly value progression and have known eachother for some time now. Our goal is to have fun but get things done in the meantime.

Since we're a new guild our focus lies on getting a solid raiding core. The first raid in Battle for Azeroth (BfA), Uldir, will be used to achieve this core.

About us
Dedicated was founded at the end of legion by a bunch of friends. In legion we were in different guilds and eventually stopped playing because of other commitments. With the release of a new expansion, we thought it would be fun to start playing together again. Thats why we made this guild with the goal to have a relaxed raiding environment but still have progression to be proud of.

Some of us played this game since vanilla and we have been in various guilds varying from really competitive/hardcore to more casual. This also isn't the first time we have made a guild or raiding team so we got some experience in that department.

What can you expect from us
You can expect us to be open and fair towards you and everyone else. We will make decisions with the guilds best interests in mind and want an environment where you can be yourself and don't feel restricted.

Here are some other things you can except:

* A performance orientated environment. On progression we will bring the best 20 regardless of seniority, creating a competitive environment where raiders will continue pushing themselves to improve in order to maintain their position.
* Trials who are recruited and put into progression scenarios quickly. We want you to prove your merits and what you can bring to our roster on non-trivial content. You won't wait 3 weeks to see progression or hard bosses here.
* Constant recruitment to improve the roster and create internal competition to constantly improve.
* A healthy roster of 20+ raiders all held to the same standards and expectations.

What do we expect from you as a raider
We expect our trials/raiders to be able to play their main-spec to a high standard and constantly try to improve themselfs. Being able to play your off-spec or alts will be highly valuable to us.

You are able to commit to our raiding schedule. It is crucial that you can attend close to a 100% attendance each month, especially during our progress period.

World of Warcraft is a team game and communication is the utterly most important thing when raiding. Therefore you will be required to use discord and have a working headset and microphone and also be able to understand English.

You should be able to handle constructive criticism if/when it's directed at you.
