<< Dreamcatcher >> is an established 25MAN PURELY guild on Tarren Mill EU. The roster so far consists of many players who have exceptional experience, playing from MC days until now, clearing all content at the highest level, earning server 1sts in some cases.
That being said it also consists of a group of people who have jobs and other RL commitments making it a laid back and mature raiding environment. We are currently looking to fill in the gaps to keep up our raiding.

----------
Guild Aims
----------

At this present time our goal is to clear the content as fast as possible, whilst at the same time enjoying the content together and sticking to set times as much as possible due to RL commitments. We DO NOT expect anything else outside of the set times but anything extra that we can push will be a bonus. Slowly adding to our roster and replacing those that simply do not cut it, will be a process that will go on over the next weeks also, so we will only be looking to take on the very best people.

Have fun while playing the game is also a thing we want to promote. That does not however mean that you are allowed to play at a low standard, playing at your very best and having fun at the same time is actually possible and it does not mean that our raiding standards are low.

------------
Requirements
------------

- Attendance: 100% attendance is what we would desire during progress, since we will very rarely push longer than the set raid times, but we do expect you to be available if ready, even if not on-line, be around on Raidcall or have someone that can call you within the guild.However,80% attendance could cut it. If you are gone for certain period of time or have other commitments, then your raidspot will go to a more active member, so activity is everything. If everyone is active, there is no problem over spots. On progress we will try and push for the extra bit, but it's not going to be pushed if people can't stay. ATM we're raiding Wedn/Thur/Sun/Mon/Tues 19:00 - 23:30, and ofc this will slowly decrease after we have certain bosses on farm.

- Skill: We are only looking to take in people that are both comfortable and confident at playing the game. Most people can play more than one character at a high level, and it's more about playing the game and not the character, using excuses as i don't play xyz will not stand well. Understanding raid mechanics and encounters will be a must, we will not spoon feed you information. Coming to raid well prepared is also a must.

- Communication: Being a mute on Raidcall is not acceptable. We expect you to listen and give feedback. Sorting sound settings out so you're not too loud and can listen clearly is also a must. There will be criticism at times. You are expected to handle it and move on, and not make a big deal of it, if you make a mistake that's fine, if your offered advice don't take it personally, just take on the chin and move on.

- Connection: Says it all really, stable connection with a computer that can handle the latest upgrades to Wow. Persisting issues with connection/computer will result in your spit coming under fire or in extreme circumstances replacement will be considered.

If you did join the guild we are going to be spending a lot of time together, having a bad attitude outside of raids isn't going to help anyone and we expect you to be mature enough to help creating a drama-free guild. Most within our roster currently work,so you cannot expect others to push the time that you can if you are a student or unemployed.Creating a bad atmosphere because of this will not be tolerated, since anyway mostly the guild is really active.
On a final note,we are not arrogant or elitist, narrowminded people, but we just want to secure for our people, that they will only be playing with similar skilled and social enough same time people, that's why we are very picky, making sure the atmosphere will remain the same, positive and optimistic.

Ask yourself before applying all of the above expectations;
- Can I meet atendance requirements?
- Do I have the skill/experience?
- Is my computer and connection stable ?
- Do I have the right attitude?

If the answer to the above is YES then we would like you to apply. If you have any other questions feel free to contact Squidlips.

EVERY exceptional player of ANY SPEC/CLASS will ALWAYS be considered,no matter the item level! DO NOT HESITATE to whisp me ingame for MORE info!
