Raid days
Wednesdays 19:30 - 22:30 (Server time).
Sundays 19:30 - 22:30 (Server time).

OPTIONAL
In the first 2 to 3 weeks of a new tier we have extra raid days to speed up early Heroic progression and gearing. 19:30 - 22:30 (Server time).
Participating in extra raids is optional.

About us
Our core philosophy revolves around accomplishing Cutting Edge Mythic raiding on a 6 hour schedule. Ultimately we just want to log on, enjoy the game, have a laugh and get Cutting Edge while doing so.

- Established in early 2017 by a small core. (Under a different name on Alliance).
- Average age is around 30. Some youngsters, some boomers.
- Calm guild environment. No drama or hassle.
- Diversity in our type of players: some of our players only log in for progression raiding and related content. Others invest more time in the game. We respect either.
- We rarely raid past raid time 22:30 ST.
- We run a roster of approximately 24 players. This means, apart from Tanks (and usually Healers), count on some bench rotation.
- Yes, this means you need to be prepared to stay standby for your team during raidtimes you committed to.
- We are direct and there is friendly fire and spicy memes.
- Not a huge active M+ community. Some of us invest more time in M+ than others.

Disclaimer
We want to emphasize that we are not a world top 500 guild. Our gearing and progression curves will be different.
Even though we are looking for a minimum amount of performance in players, a mechanically greedy high-parser who jumps ship after 100 pulls, is an absolutely useless investment for us. An average pumper who always shows up and is loyal for atleast 1 full tier, is worth a thousand times more to our guild.

Raider requirements
- Your raiding character is minimum 440 equipped.
- Your raiding character is on Tarren Mill or Dentarg.
- Mythic Plus: 4x a 16 or higher key for 2 vault options.
- Crafted gear: 3x 447ilvl (2x embellishments).
- Be a Team Player. We seek players who understand there is no ‘I’ in ‘Team’. Raiding is a collective effort and everyone works together towards the main goal; killing the Boss.
- Be ready to wipe. Buff up and go again.
- Be prepared to stay on the bench for your team during raidtimes you committed to. Obviously we will not recruit somebody to be on the bench permanently.
- Up-to-date geared and optimised character for raiding. Sim it.
- Close to 100% raid attendance outside of normal life obligations and events.
- Being able to play all your class specs/roles if we ask you to.
- Solid Communication. English speaking with a proper functioning microphone or headset is a must. We use Discord.
- Sufficient hardware and a stable internet connection.
- Come prepared for new bosses we face by researching the new encounters. Atleast watch some videos. Look for tips and tricks in the top logs of your spec for example.
- Always bring your own consumables, even though the guildbank provides some of them.
