“Failsquad” Guild

Failsquad are looking for all players and we wish that new recruits have flexibility with main spec and off spec.

About Failsquad:
We started as a completly norwegian guild in Shadowlands with the goals of getting curve as a guild. Because the holiday and the lack of dedication from some players we were not capable of taking down the last boss of Castle Nathria as a guild, but a lot of guildmembers pugged it.
The goals of Failsquad is to get Ahead Of The Curve as fast as possible and then do mythic progress.
We also want to have a social and fun environment in the guild.
We value good mood, laughter and humour during progress, while maintaining focus on and being able to deliver good progress and pulls!

Right now we are lacking players and we want to fill the rooster for the rest of the raidtier and future raidtiers.
Raidhours: 20:00 - 23:00 wednesday and sunday
We start clear 20:00 and invites start 30 minutes before that.

What are we expecting from you?
You have a positive attitude.
You are motivated and are always looking to improve.
You are always prepared for raid and are updated on mechanics.
You understand that mechanics are most important and that dps/hps are less important if not mechanics are being done correctly.
You do weekly content for vault and for improvement of own character.

We raid 2 days a week and expect as close to 100% attendance.
*We understand that things can occur IRL that can make you attend or makes you come to late, so we expect you to let us know if this should occur *
