Reincarnated - Horde Tarren Mill

Main raids Weds/Thurs 20:30 - 23:30 (server time)
Sunday alt/social/fun raids 20:30 - 23:30 (server time) - normals/heroics/sometimes achievement runs, we do what is needed and wanted the most by our peeps.

Our interests include Casual Raiding, Social Dungeoneering, and being Politically Incorrect ladies and gentlemen.

We have some exceptional raiders in guild, but most of us are pretty average raiders, they key is we consistently show up to raids and come prepared. Do that, and we'll keep moving forward through bosses.

Wednesdays we are using to clear normal for faster tier building, Thursdays we are using to progress in Heroic. These main Raids will require a minimum equipped iLVL of 870+ so you can join in both Wed & Thurs.

Potions (please pre-pot), Flasks, Food (we accept the +300 stat level or better), Enchants (Rings, Neck, Back Legion Level), Gemmed Gear and Tombs for respeccing during raids are all needed equipment by all of us.

We ask all members – trials included – to provide a list of their best in slot items on our forums (in the forum called "Raider Best In Slots".

Trials periods are on average 8 main raids in length (not counting sat raids), depending on the individual and the circumstances thereof. It is true it doesn't take us weeks to learn if a person can raid to our standard or not, however there's also the period of finding out if the person trialing really wants to stick around, as well as getting an idea of the person as a person, and whether or not they are bringing something positive to the guild beyond just good enough raiding. So it works for us.

The good news is there is a 100% chance you'll make mistakes and get embarrassed (and remember it at 2am when you try to drop off to sleep and remember it at 7am when you first wake up, for years after until your inevitable death from lingering shame), so welcome to the club. Now you know that it will happen at some point, you can stop worrying about if it will happens, because it will happen.

Our whole point as Guildies is to have fun together, being supportive, giving good advices (most good advice will come from fellow guild mates rather than "officers") and generally not be dicks to each other while doing so. Look, one of the worst things that can happen is you trial with us but just suck horribly at raiding progress – if you're a decent person and like it here you can always chill with us a social raider or social member, and maybe try again later once you feel more confident.

You are also free to join as a social, or a social raider, and eventually apply to raid as a raider when you feel right about it as if we have the space in the raid to let you trial and we think you're ready too, then we'll let you trial.

The mode and content chosen for the evening is based on what suits most attendees be it normal, heroic or achievement raiding. Sunday raids involve content that is not considered progress (with the one exception of last Sunday 15/01/17 when we killed Mythic Xavius on a Sunday since it was the last chance for the Cutting Edge Achievement, but since it was optional and included both social and full-time raiders we'll let it sliiide.

Our vision involves finding all the lonely social players spread out across time and space (or servers and guilds) and getting them together to create a proper social hub based in wow and even sharing other common games. Tarren Mill is a very busy horde server so moving here won't be a mistake or even start 100% fresh level a new toon here meet people and get that feeling of something big beginning.

As an established raid guild we have a bit of a head start when it comes to bringing people together and the patience and resolve to see it through, although it will take a bit of work to really bring out the potential. It also means that we can offer social players more opportunities to see a bit of end game suited to individual circumstances and we provide two ranks to help us do that:

Are people that want to mainly focus on playing their own way (collecting transmog/pet battles/random BGs...) while having some company to do so. This is best for people that choose not to raid much.

Sunday raids are available most weekends to all able members but we also aim to build a really great base of social members that feel comfortable getting to know new people and contributing to making events based on the things they enjoy.

As our social base grows we feel there should be opportunities for social members with the experience and well rounded attitude to represent for their fellow socials helping coordinate events, keeping base with officers for support etc.

This rank is for people who are ready to raid (similar to full-time raiders) but can't guarantee a regular attendance, for example, shift workers with irregular schedules or people that can only guarantee every Thursday raid.

We also suggest this rank for people that are newer to raiding but not ready to trial as you have a chance to experience team raiding without fear of 'failing'. Build your confidence!

All social raiders can sign up to any main raid and we will take you with us as much as we can and as far as you can handle it, loot/limited raid spots are prioritized full-time raiders > social raiders. Vanity pets are raid rolled.
