Senior Citizens of Tarren Mill

Currently under new leadership and looking to keep growing and get more activity in. Looking for socially mature players who can pull their own weight and have fun whilst doing raids or other content. We are a group of more "Senior" people which will mean that there are people that have a personal life and can't game 24/7, but when they have some time actually have fun with all the different content in the game. We are not only looking for raiders, because we do more than just raiding! But if you're interested in what we actually do? Keep reading!

What do we do?

Achievements!
Yes, we don't only raid. We actually enjoy all the content in the game and we are looking for more players to share this with! The achievements we try to get together can be older raids, pets but also things like mount and transmog farming. We currently do this one night a week scheduled.

Friday 20:00 - Till Bedtime! (Luckily... thats different for everybody!)

If you are a player that enjoys completionism and are looking for a fun group to do it with feel free to hit us up!

Mythic+
In a lot of guilds there are limited people that do M+ and also usually only want to do it with the same groups. In Senior Citizens we don't have people only playing with the same people, but actually help eachother out with any type of keys. From low keys till keys above +20.

Currently we are looking for M+ players that want to join up and do keys throughout all days of the week. Because everybody has a different schedule we use our guild discord to communicate if and when people are up for keys!

Raiding!
And last but not least, we also actively raid! We are a laidback raiding team where we balance real lifes and ingame progression. We raid two days a week during progression and the raid days are:

Thursday: 20:00 - 23:00
Sunday: 20:00 - 23:00

We are looking for players that like raiding and want to be part of a team that wants to progress as far as we can get! Next to that we are looking for the players that know how to do tactics, but also know how to perform their respective roles. If people want to get further, we always are open to help them out improving! We currently are reclearing every week to stay together with our core raiding team.

Our raid goals:

[x] Every Tier atleast AoTC
[ ] Every Tier Glory of the Raid achievement
[x] Get the roster active and strong enough to roll into Mythic. Once we are back
into mythic the aim is to get between 25% and 50% of the raid done.
Loot Distribution: Loot Council

Trial information: A trial lasts 4 raids. During this period we check a couple of things.

We will asses your performance in the raids. We will use tools like WarcraftLogs, WoWAnalyzer and other raiders knowledge on different classes and roles.
We expect our raiders to perform about the median of the player population of their class (which is around 50% ilvl on WarcraftLogs), whilst doing tactics.
Next to that it's important for us that you enjoy your time in our raids and that you fit in well with our raiding team.
If by the 4 raid we are not completely happy yet with your performance, but we feel you are a good fit to our team, we can extend the trial by 2 more raids.
If we see room for improvement, our raiders and officers will help you out to become a better player, because together we become a better team.
