“Vanquish” Guild

Welcome to Vanquish !

Vanquish is a guild which has been around for a very, very long time. Formed in the summer of 2008 at the height of the Burning Crusade, a core of friends and long term comrades has come together again and again, tier after tier, to tackle World of Warcraft's challengers. When you join Vanquish, you are joining more than a guild, you are joining a community.

Our goal is simple, to progress in mythic level content. This means everyone trying their best to get each challenging boss down.
We also have a thriving mythic+ scene, with multiple guild members looking to do keys and willing to help out if you want to push yourself forward in that content.

Raiding Schedule
Days: Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday for 5 weeks then we move to 2 days a week which will be Wednesday and Thursday
Times: from 20:00 to 23:00 server time
Invites @ 19.45

There is also an optional raid on Fridays where alts and social guildmembers can tackle raiding content for gear and for fun.

Ideally, we want people who can show up on all three days. A stable roster that learns together is the stable roster that progresses together. Of course, real life sometimes intrudes. Work, family, internet issues, the things that must come first. As long as we are notified as soon as possible that you may be unable to attend, we can take steps to accommodate your absence.

Requirements
In order to maintain our progress and relaxed atmosphere as a guild, we have the following requirements for all raiders:
- To have excellent attendance (Above 90% overall)
- To come prepared every raid with the best consumables and have good knowledge of the bosses we encounter.
- A good attitude. Progress means there maybe wipes and setbacks as we learn bosses and figure out how we can beat them. On occasion this may mean you will need to be benched to give the guild the best shot of defeating a boss.
