Limits End - The Maelstrom

Limits End is a recently formed 10 man hardcore raiding guild dedicated to clearing content as fast as possible and maintain a high server ranking. Our raiding core is built around players who have vast experience of the game and obtained several server first achievements like Death's Demise, Magic Seeker and Celestial Defender.

Outside of raids we have a friendly atmosphere but during raids we expect our members to be 100% focussed and do their assigned jobs, you have to be able to take critizism and learn from your mistakes. We also expect you to know your class and how to improve your performance in farm but also in new encounters. Do not have the raid leader tell you how you can help, be the one to tell the raidleader.

So far 10 man hard modes often seen to be harder than on 25 man but to make up for that spotting problems is easier and you get to know your guild mates better.

We are looking for members who are willing to put forth the effort to succeed. This means you will not complain about your assignments and you know how to maximize your effectiveness. We want you to put the guild ahead of yourself and be able to play in team.

During progress we raid 5 nights per week (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Sun) from 19:30 - 23:30 server time. Our best team available for the encounter is always taken, spots are always purely based on skill and possible setup required rather than pre-set rotation. If progress demands it we extend raids, so you have to be able to stay longer if needed.

Loot distribution is currently awarded via loot council. Loot decisions are NOT popularity contests and are awarded based on a combination of many factors including, but not limited to: past loot, attendance, performance, reliability, attitude, and upgrade.

As a member of Limits End you can expect:

- focused raids and competitive players who push each other to the very limit
- fast progress
- high quality alt raids
- guild repairs during progress raids
- a friendly (yet competitive) atmosphere

As a member of Limits End, you are required to:

- be able to communicate in spoken and written English
- be highly competitive and continually push yourself and the guild further
- be able to play your class (mainspec and offspec) to maximum potential
- know which gear is best for your class and how to gem/enchant it perfectly
- generally know your class inside out and constantly keep up to date with changes
- have very good raid awareness, be able to adapt very quickly to new situations and learn from mistakes instantly
- be completely committed to progress
- have a mature attitude and understand guild requirements may sometimes need you to sit out (we need a healthy number of players)
- be focused during raids (we do not want players who constantly go AFK and slow down trash/boss pulls)
- be able to listen to instructions on Teamspeak and carry them out flawlessly (being able to speak is highly preferred)
