GUILD DESCRIPTION
Trigger the Tempest was first launched on 01.01.2010 to become a hardcore raiding guild focusing entirely on PvE progress raiding. Our raiding schedule is adjusted to mature people with real lives, who want to accomplish the most out of WoW in the time they have available. We expect our members to take endgame raiding and working as a team seriously. Our goal is to build a successful raiding guild of mature, dependable and intelligent players, who know this game, its mechanics and their own class very well and who are willing to do what it takes to progress.

The plan for Cataclysm is to maintain the level of progress we envisioned when we created the guild. We want a group of serious, active and skilled raiders who can storm through the content leaving dust behind.


WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU
We offer you a stable and serious raiding environment with good leadership with extensive experience in both running a progression guild and raid leading, and freedom to express your opinion. The GMs are dedicated to guild well-being and progress and have been playing the game since the first beta. We never go mindlessly into raids, there is always an extensive preparation in place, to make everything run as smooth as possible. We will always strive to be the best we can, and be as fair as possible to all members. Expect plenty of achievements runs, guild battlegrounds, and loads of random fun in a relaxed environment, but very organized when it comes to raiding.


GENERAL RULES
1.| You must have a proper raiding spec, know how to gear up, use best enchants and gems, have professions which boost your character in a raiding environment and reputations needed for PvE purpose. In addition to this you should have a raiding ready alt, as it will be used to greatly increase the speed at which we are gearing up our mains and ease up our progress.
2.| If asked to improve on something, such as your talent specialization or something on your gear, please do so without arguing. If there are valid arguments against it, present them to the officers/guild masters.
3.| We expect you to keep trying to improve your performance. If you are unsure how to go about it, do some research and ask other members, officers or guild masters.
4.| We expect a high level of activity from you (at least 75% of raids). We do understand that sometimes real life makes it impossible to be there, but we still want you to be active enough to invest in you. This is also very important to avoid too many sit-outs and overfilling of the roster.
5.| We would like you to provide some form of contact information, so we have means to use in an emergency.
6.| When we raid, don't make us wait. Be on time, be prepared.
7.| Don't cause drama or disputes in guild.
8.| If you have an issue with anything, wish to make a suggestion or discuss anything, please talk to an officer or guild master, or make use of the forums.
9.| Understand that you may not always like all decisions made, but please keep in mind we are always working in the best interest of the guild. In such cases, we ask you to trust us we know what we're doing.
10.| Please use English as the main language in any guild and raid chats and on Ventrilo. We won't punish you for using your own language, but try keeping it to the minimum, or in separate channels.


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are interested in mature, dedicated players who are serious about raiding and whose primary interest is to advance fast through PvE content. We want players with a firm grasp of all aspects of their class and game mechanics who are not easily offended and can take criticism. Most of all we want someone who is constantly striving to improve their character and their knowledge of the game, is willing to take advice and is available when guild needs it.


RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
1.| Being serious about raiding (we expect you to have prior raiding experience and understand what it involves).
2.| You can give us the long-term activity and attendance we require (minimum 75% of raids).
3.| Armory profile needs to show your knowledge and dedication to your class. This means you have a proper raiding spec, best enchants, gems and glyphs for your role.
4.| You have professions which boost your character in a raiding environment and reputations needed for PvE purpose.
5.| Having gear level which enables you to perform well on our current raiding targets.
6.| Your computer and internet connection are stable enough to handle raiding.
7.| You are not easily offended and can take criticism.
8.| You are 18+. There may be a rare exception to this, but you will have to impress us to make one.
