Who are Drastic Measures?
We are a guild consisting of members old and new who have played together as far back as vanilla at all levels of raiding. The current focus of the guild is one of progressive raiding with a
relaxed approach. We are currently 13/14 on heroic 10 man SoO and we typically raid 3-4 days a week. The purpose is that whilst we would love all raiders to be available 4 days a week, for those
that have other commitments but who we know to be good players there is the option to miss the odd raid here and there when required.
We have improved our standing through the expansion and were the 2nd guild on the server to complete Throne of Thunder on heroic.
We are looking to finish our progress on Garrosh and then move our focus to finalizing the team for Warlords of Draenor Mythic Raiding.
Since Depraved have now joined with Paragon we are looking to have a go at getting Realm firsts when the new expansion hits with some focused but enjoyable raiding.

Loot System:
Loot Council - Loot is distributed based upon a number of factors, including Attendance, suitability, progression. It is at the loot councils discretion who receives loot and the emphasis is
always on what will help the guild the most not the individual. Those who are more regular at raiding will likely take preference when there is an equal upgrade as an example. We do not
tolerate upsets in response to loot decisions you cannot please everyone all the time so learn to be understanding and patient.
How are we recruiting?
Right now, since our focus is on completing the content and we are currently a 10 man guild recruitment is a difficult task. We are looking for potential recruits ideally for the expansion when
20 man raiding allows everyone to get in. That being said we are happy to recruit players now and we will always do our best to swap around the groups so everyone has a fair turn. That being said our focus is still progression until we complete the content therefore, our raid setups right now will always be what is best for getting the final bosses down. Once the content is complete
however, this will allow us to swap in trials more freely to assess skill/suitability in the guild. Please bear this in mind when looking to join us.
