We're a raiding guild with 3 raiding days per week, our goal is to finish Mythic Raiding modes before the next raid-patch gets released. With that being said, this guild is a guild who aims to have FUN while playing the game, and enjoy the game and to not have it feel like you're at your second workplace.
Due to the new flexible raiding system that came out with WoD, we've made 2 separate raiding ranks:
1. Raider
Raiders are expected to show up for at least 2 days per week and when you are a raider in our guild you're expected to have complete knowledge about your class (gearing, gemming, dps rotations, etc).
2. Casual raider
Casual raiders are a bit more flexible and they don't really have a minimum amount of raiding days to show up on - they're basically being "fillers" to our raids when we're lacking certain roles to fill.
