What we offer you:

A stable raiding environment with committed raiders and leadership striving to get Cutting Edge and push world ranks while having fun doing it.

We take raid preparation very seriously. Raid research will be done prior to new raid release. All the information will be posted on our discord channel and we require everyone to go through it.

Fair distribution of loot via loot council which will prioritize classes benefiting the most from it. Since Personal Loot has been made the only option in raids, we expect all our raiders/trials to trade tradeable items to our loot master.

Boost Runs, we organize boost runs regularly (more after progression is over) giving our players a chance to earn gold.

And as mentioned before, an awesome community!

What we expect of you:

Class knowledge – know your class inside out and be able to play other specializations if needed for progression.

Character maintenance – always have your character up-to date with the best gear, enchants, gems, runes available. Although the guild will provide cauldrons and feasts for the raid it is recommended that you have a set amount of consumables (food/flasks/potions/runes) in your inventory.

Raid knowledge – you need to be experienced and have a strong understanding of the boss fights we have on farm as well as being familiar with the boss we are currently progressing on.

Communication – we use Discord as our voice of choice. We require all our members to have the app, and a working microphone. During raid time we keep the communication line as clear as possible without unnecessary input.

Logs – to backup your skill and performance. If you do not have any logs or members to vouch for you do not bother applying.

Attendance – we require all of our raiders to have near 100% attendance during progress. We understand that emergencies can happen, but if this occurs frequently you will be replaced.

Attitude – Be respectful towards your guildies and able to accept criticism without taking it personally or causing drama. If you get easily offended do not bother applying.

Mandatory addons – DBM/BW (your choice), ERT, RCLootCouncil and WeakAuras.

Trial period – depends solely on your performance. It lasts shorter on progression, longer on farm. During that time we will evaluate your performance and determine if you are a right fit for us or not, while keep you updated.
