“On Farm” Guild

<On Farm> was formed in February 2017 on Twisting Nether EU. The guild's management consists of a group of people who have previously raided at high end and want something more chilled or some extra raiding on the side. Our aim is to clear Mythic content in a timely manner (early Cutting Edge achivement) while sticking to a less hardcore raid schedule.

Raiding Schedule:

Wednesday 20:00 - 23:45
Thursday 20:00 - 23:45
Sunday 20:00 - 23:45

We may extend the raid by up to 15 minutes if we feel a kill is close.

Raiders are expected to attend these raids on a close to 100% basis.

What do we expect of you?

- Complete knowledge of your class (the ability to play all of your specs)
- Communicate in English, both in game and during raids (This includes owning a working microphone)
- Strong progression mind-set (Be able to stay competitive in your role without sacraficing boss mechanics)
- Self-critical raiding attitude
- The ability to take constructive criticism from others and grow from it
- Respect towards the guild and it’s leadership/players

For Tomb of Sargeras we will be running split raids in heroic during the first few weeks in order to gear tier pieces/trinkets etc onto the raid team faster. This requires you to have 1 alt of the same role up to a decent level, both gear wise and in terms of your ability to play it.

What can you expect from us?

- An active discord containing class and raid resources, tactic discussion thread, in-depth spreadsheets on raid strategy and any "need to know" tips for classes or boss fights. (organisation is key in the efficiency of progress - We will take every step we can to minimise our number of wipes before getting a kill)
- Strong, logical leadership decisions which benefit the long term plan for the guild
- A chill but concentrated raiding environment
- Replacement of players who consistently hold back the guild
- Speed & Boost runs when progress is over
- Alt runs

Loot System:

We are using a loot council system with 3 officers and 1 raider (this raider will change every couple of weeks to all raiders get a chance to be included) to better distribute the loot for mythic progression. Loot will be given in accordance to what is most fitting for the guild as a whole. The loot council will take into consideration attendance, performance, size of upgrade.

Recruitment Status:

Regarding recruitment, you will need to provide a decent selection of good logs on various encounters (90-95%+ consistenly as a "ball-park figure"). We are always recruiting, and we do not recruit for the bench. If we feel that you can outperform our current raiders it is likely you will given a chance in our guild.

In any case, if we feel that you are an exceptional player or show promising potential, we will likely take you onboard.
