★ Phoenix ( Since 2016, old name Phoênix )

Phoenix formed on Twisting Nether towards the end of Emerald Nightmare Raid content. We accomplished Cutting Edge here and aim to accomplish such performance in the future as well. Till now we achieved a total of 6 Cutting Edges and we will step up every tier for faster CE.

Our average age is around 27, this provides us with a player base of mature individuals that know what they want and do not consider loot a priority of their gaming experience. Our members are old hardcore and semi-hardcore players who don't wanna play with toxic people or face drama anymore.

We're a guild that doesn't focus on individual performances and wants raiders who will acknowledge this and play for the kill.

We aim to provide every player on our team with an amazing gaming experience. We learn from each other and help each other whenever possible. In order to maintain such a positive and supportive atmosphere within the team, we expect you to be kind to other guild members.

We attach great value to people in our guild keeping a calm and collected mind and treating others as they want to be treated. Toxicity and aggressive behavior are consequently heavily discouraged and looked down upon.

★ OUR RULES

- Attendance

• Raiders need to be online and ready (with consumables, enchants, gems, etc.) in front of the raid entrance
10 mins before the raid time.

• If you won't be able to attend a raid, we expect you to inform us at least 1 day before (if not possible 1 day before, during the raid day but not 10 mins before the raid).

• Due to our 3-day schedule, we have very high attendance requirements. However, we are all human and understand that sometimes personal circumstances occur and have priority over gaming. This is tolerated as long as it does not occur regularly.

• We expect you to continue farm raids as long as there are no important reasons that will make you stop.

- Loot Distribution

• During progression items will be shared with people depending on upgrade/their performance/attendance. If two or more people benefit the same amount from the item and they show the same performance/attendance, then we may make them roll for the item.

• After progression, all items will be rolled with a priority as Bis > Upgrade > Dungeon-Pvp > Offspec.

• Mounts that will drop from raids will stay with the person who loots them. If a trial or a member loots a mount, GM-Officers - Veterans - Raiders will roll for it.

• Bind on Equip (BoE) items that will drop during Normal/Heroic/Mythic Guild runs will be given to the guild bank. Those items will be sold and with that gold, the guild bank will provide Flasks/Food/Vantus to raiders.

- Raid Spots

• Raid spots will be given to people depending on their performance and attendance. But anyone can be replaced with a person who performs less but his class is needed for the encounter.

• Alts can't join even normal and heroic raids. But if we gonna need it for a specific boss during progression, then it can join even mythic bosses. After progression, you can choose only 1 alt to join reclears that have at least a heroic gear level and you can show enough performance with it.

- Raid Preparation

• We expect that you come fully prepared to raids. This includes in-depth knowledge and a deep understanding of your class/talent/gear related to the current patch and encounters. It also includes that you need to farm enough the current tier needs and check Fight Tactics/Videos/Logs.

Please be aware that a decision can take up to 1 whole week of lockout. If you do not get any reply by next Wednesday reset, it means your application is declined.

Question: What do you look for in a raider?
Answer: We are looking for people who do not have a toxic or arrogant attitude, we also require applicants to have achieved at least 1 Cutting Edge with a world rank of 500 or better.
