Reason is a guild that has been raiding since Molten Core, and the main reason we have been able to keep going for so long is stable leadership, and a very stable core. We treat our members well as long as they also treat the guild well in return. You may know us by our long-standing former name, Alterac Deviants.
We strongly believe that we are one of the best in the business at providing a home for players whilst attaining strong progress and always improving. We don't look to recruit people for one tier, we are in it for the long haul and generally want players who are looking for a home for multiple expansions etc.

What to expect from us:
- A strong, experienced officer team who are not afraid to make difficult decisions where necessary.
- One of the best social environments available together with high end progression, our TS is always full of people even outside of raid times etc, we pride ourselves upon this and take great care to preserve it.
- An international guild, with a large foundation of scandinavian players.
- Effecient and fast progress.
What we expect from YOU:
- Teamwork - During progression your focus must be on the guild achieving the best performance possible, and this should be factored into your approach to both loot drops and raid spots.
- You have to be able to take criticism in a mature way.
- We are recruiting the player, not the class. Be able to adapt to other classes/roles if necessary.
- 2 alts is mandatory, you are not expected to have them ready right away when you join, but you are expected to work towards having them for split raids.
Progression Raid Times:
Monday to Friday 19:00-23:00
Saturday and Sunday: 15:00-00:00
Farm Raid Times
Generally only raiding 1-2 days during farm, 19:00-23:00 on whatever week days suit us best each week.
Attendance
- You're expected be there for every raid during progress unless there is a good reason not to be.
- We also expect that you ALWAYS notify us ahead of time via discord about possible absence.
