“Vital” Guild

Vital is an english speaking hardcore 10 man raiding guild located on Twisitng Nether EU. Our goal for Mists is to accumulate a solid core before the release of the expansion, so that when it's released we are prepared and able to compete with some of server's best and achieve a good standing. We're always looking for players that share the same ambition, dedication and have similar goals for Mists of Pandaria and further.

Druid Balance / Resto
All applicants will be concidered regardless of class and spec in preporation for the upcoming expansion. It's a significant if you can play multiple classes or specs.

General Info:

We raid five days per week during progress (Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday, Tuesday and monday) 7:00-11:00. *It is valuable to note that on occassions the raids may overrun by as much as an hour in order to get the boss down*.

With reference to how people will be prioritised for spots during progress, we will take the people we feel are performing the best out of the players we have. This does not mean who tops the dps/healing meters, it means the players players that perform in ALL areas of a raid. Once progress is over we will take the people that may have missed certain bosses to allow them to get their achievments and loot etc.

Loot:

Here at Vital we look at loot as a tool that benefits the entire group, as opposed to benefitting the individual that receives it. Therefore we work on a LootCouncil system, meaning that loot will be given to whoever it is decided will benefit the raid (and ultimately the guild) most.

What Vital expects from you:

Be ambitious - We expect our members to have the desire to do well, as well as optimise their play and constantly strive to be the best player they can be.
Be Dedicated - Goes hand in hand with ambition. We want players that are dedicated to both the guild and to their classes (in terms of keeping up to date with the latest theorycrafting and so on.)
Be social! - Although we take our raids seriously, outside of raids (and during too) we want our members to mix with one another. We want a strong community within the guild, not just in terms of raids, but in terms of friendship too. Note that a reasonable understanding of the English language will be required.
Be willing to Learn - We want players who are willing to learn the ins and outs of their classes. Versatility is a huge factor that seperates a good player from an exceptional player, so being able to switch out your spec if and when it's needed is very valuable. We also want players that are willing to do out of raid "homework" regarding watching tactic videos for progress fights and so on.
What you can expect from Vital:

A productive environment - We strive to have an environment that keeps players feeling challenged, as well as comfortable.
Fair Treatment - We treat all players fairly, and there is no favouristism among leaders. If there is somebody who isn't playing to the best of the ability they can expect to be asked why, regardless of if it's an officer or a trial.
Group progression - As a group we are currently working out way through Dragon soul, with the aim of finishing it before Mists hits. Once the expansion goes live we're hoping to work out way through the new content efficiently.
Enjoyment! - Enjoy it! We take raiding seriously of course, but we don't want players to get burnt out or demoralised. We try to keep our raids light - hearted when appropriate, and we encourage people to enjoy what their doing. What's the point otherwise?
All in all, we want people to remember that they are trying us out too, it's not just us trying them. We want people to carefully consider if they feel our guild is really the right one for them, and we hope those of you that do apply feel welcome, comfortable and most importantlyStretched to be the best you can be.
