We are WipeJunkies
A semi hardcore raiding guild on Twisting Nether horde, leaded by an officer-team with previous Tier(s) HC experience.
We are raiding 10man content on a 3 day base.(4 days if we wanna clear out Siege, meaning x3 days on HC progress, then 1 offday to clear out the remaining bosses).
These days are Wed, Sun and Mondays from 19:45 till 23:00 gametime, we sometimes extend the raid by 30 mins if we are close to a kill.
We are a team focusing on clearing the heroic content before new content gets released!

At this moment we are recruiting the following class/specs. How ever, we are considering all classes/specs if skilled and social.
Loot-system:
We are using the Loot-Council system. This means that the players who put most benefit into the guild by showing up for raids, being on time, not going afk all the time and being able to push their class to the limits to get the loot first. This does not mean that the same person gets all the gear, since we have to it as a team. The stable players get the loot.

We have two options for applicants to join our Ranks.
One of them is trough an application form on our website and the other is trough an TS interview.
How ever, an application will have the advantage over TS interview's due to the fact that all the officers and raiders can review your application before accepting you into the guild. That way you have less chance to fail your trial period, since we can get a good first idea of what kind of player you are.
