Our Loot System:
We operate a loot council. As they are most affected by loot decisions members of raider rank or higher have a vote. Officers/GM get final say. We feel that there should be trust within the guild that we will do the right thing. If you don't trust your raid to fairly distribute loot then you should not be raiding with that guild. We do not condone any cliquish behavior and there is no favoritism when it comes to loot.
Raiding Schedule:
We are looking for people who can raid 3+ nights a week, and we raid Tue-Thu from 8pm to 12pm CST. Our stop times are set in stone, as there is a marked reduction of performance after four hours of raiding. Brains get melty.
Our philosophy:
We endorse a friendly, mature atmosphere. We do not consider applicants under the age of 18, and the majority of our members have been playing mmos for many years. As adults, we expect our members to contribute to the greater good of the guild, admit mistakes, and correct them. Also, for us, real life always comes first.
We conduct alt raids on the weekend of both old and new content both for fun and as an alternative to progression raiding. There is potential for alt raids to be as competitive, progression-wise, as our main raids. To that end we are always looking for new talent.
